Agreement

When you create an account, purchase a course, or otherwise use the Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or you have permission from a parent/legal guardian) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Terms

  1. Account. Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity performed under your account, including any purchases made using your payment method. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us promptly and change your password.
  2. Use of Content. Courses, videos, downloads, templates, and supporting materials are provided for personal learning only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, publicly perform, upload to file-sharing services, or otherwise make content available to others without our prior written permission.
  3. Payments. Prices and what’s included are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount and any applicable taxes. If your payment fails, access may be interrupted until payment is successfully processed.
  4. Refunds. 14-day refunds apply if less than 20% of the course was consumed. “Consumed” includes streamed lessons, completed modules, or downloaded course files. If you qualify, contact support and include your order email and course name. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
  5. Conduct. No abuse, spam, harassment, or unlawful behavior. Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, interfere with performance, or bypass access controls. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these rules.
  6. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means acceptance of the updated Terms.
  7. Limitations. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
  8. Contact. [email protected]
